It appears that since 2009-06-08, a french guy named Stéphane Mifsud holds the Static Apnea world record with 11min 35 sec (source). Come on Guybrush train a little bit harder, and show this Marquis de Mifsud that you can do better. 12' should be possible with more training and less plundering. I'm sure ye can do it!
