I don't know anything about gaming on computers

1) I have computer that meets all the system requirements except 1 it has 1.46GHz instead of 2.0GHz, Will the game work and if so what will be draw backs?

    The game will run, but the performance may suffer.
    Try playing the demo. If you can run it, then you can run the whole game.

    Just drop the quality to "1" and if it runs well, try moving the quality higher.
    You can also play with the resolution. A lower resolution requires less power.

    I too suggest that you try the demo and do as jmm (the person above me :D) said.

    Although the demo shows a scene which can really suck up the resources with all that effects like pouring rain, ship's movements etc. I recently purchased a faster processor along with a new graphics card, but before that I remember that the opening scene looked pretty rough using onboard graphics only..
