Sam&Max refference

As you may or maynot know, there have been S&M refferences in all MI games so far, except for Tales. With this in mind, do you think they will pop up in Ch5? If so, how? In what form?

    Telltale says that the Sam & Max reference was in Chapter 3 - Lair of the Leviathan. When you are
    underwater
    , there is a big clam shell which is shaped like Max's head, which is like the one from Moai Better Blues.

    In Curse I've seen the spotlight shaped like Max's head, and I hear there's one shaped like Sam's, but I've never seen it. I've read about the references in Secret, MI2, and Escape, but I've never noticed or looked for the ones in the first two games, and the one in Escape is kind of dumb because it's such random chance whether or not you'll get to see it.

    Didn't Guybrush say 'no dice' in one of the episodes and I have a feeling good LeChuck called Guybrush 'little buddy' at some point?

    I definitely remember LeChuck calling Guybrush little buddy. I don't know if that and the no dice thing really count as references, though. The clam was really vague too. I thought it was a coincidence until it was confirmed as being a reference.

    A more overt reference like in the previous games would be cool. It's not like the quality of the game hinges on the existence of an image of a scary looking rabbit like creature, but it would still be cool.

    I remember first seeing the clam and thinking it was just a reuse of the model.
    Personally I'd like a more obvious reference, but if the clam's all I get, I'll take it.:p

    Really? i can't see it. Mind you, i haven't payeld Moai island blues yet, so maybe it'll be obvious after i do.

    Excepting the obvious, I found two Sam & Max references in chapter 5.

    One of Guybrush's possible responses when the voodoo lady says that he'll need a greater power or something to return to life is "elf tears?", and there's a barrel of Banang in Club 41. Ecto Cooler, you were right.
