Bugging Bugeye

So if I have understood this correctly, I need to
use the information from the diary found in the cell to piss him off in order to get him in jail so i can get into the other cell.
However, every time i speak to him, I don't get any new chat options. And I don't have the
diary
in my inventory as a ghost to use with him.

Anyone?

    Ya me 2, i have that also, that problem its really bad, its like epic sword fail.

    Zap into your zombie form. Surrender. Touch loose brick in the back of your cell. You will rezap into a ghost. Use info from book on bugeye

    Also don't forget to examine the book to read it!

    I read Bugeyes diary but when I am am in the club (zombie form) there is no option to talk about it with bugeye. Do I need to be there in ghost form? What am I missing?

    You are missing your ghostly self. In other words, yes - transform back to your ghost form.

    I just keep going back to Winslow? Can you tell me why?

    Do you mean you go back to Winslow even when you step through the tear that should lead to the bar?
