Telltale, Help!- W and G problem

Howdy,

I sent an email a few days back, so I just figured I post here as well. I have all of the Wallace and Gromit episodes, but I cannot seem to order the DVD without being charged. I attempted to add it a few different ways, and it simply will not go in for zero dollars.

I bought the episodes individually using various coupons and free vouchers, but I didn't think that would effect receiving a physical copy.

Any help is appreciated.

    I think that may be your problem right there. It is my understanding that you can only receive the bonus DVD (for free + shipping) if you purchased the entire season (either in full or upgrade), not if you buy all episodes individually. Although I think that once you do get in contact with TT, they might allow you to get the physical as well once they can confirm you purchased them all.

    Nah, I got em individually from just free coupons, and I qualify for DVD without even sending an email.

    Hi David,

    No, I did not receive any response back at all. I checked my spam-nothing there. Perhaps it never got to Telltale at all.
