My idea for Tales 2 if it happens ?

Bear with me because this is going to be long-winded.
I was going to extend on a post I made in one of the other threads but thought it would be easier 2 create a new one. Anyway I just completed Chapter 5 now I know where have I been since the 8th but I couldn't face coming to the end of Tales so I held off for a bit. But I had to see how it ended so I finished it and if though it could have ended better, it left us with some questions:-

Like has Morgan joined forces with the Voodoo Lady?
What will the Voodoo Lady do with the remains of Lechuck?
And just what has happened to Guybrush's hook? :p

:MY THOUGHT:
In Tales 2 (If it is going to be called that) the Voodoo Lady is experimenting with the remains of LeChuck when she gets an unexpected visit from no-other than Largo LeGrande so she hides the remains, they have words and Largo tells the Voodoo Lady what happened to him after LeChuck's hideout blew up in MI2. He then tells her that he found out off some drunken pirate that Guybrush had once again thwarted LeChuck plans of dominating the Caribbean and that LeChuck's remains are hidden away somewhere, they argue and Largo reculentaly leaves.
However in the dead of night he returns and steals the remains and tries to bring back LeChuck (again!)
And after Guybrush and Elaine (Oh! and Winslow) :winslow: return to Meele Island from another vacation!! they come across some terrible doings and find out that Largo is behind all of it so Guybrush once again sets sails to do battle.

It's just something I have though of off the top of my head, but think it would be pretty cool :), and Largo is a character that I would look forward to seeing in the next season because he would have hatred for Guybrush because of all the things he has done and would be looking to exact some revenge on him. So that's one bad character from the get go and throw Morgan, the Voodoo Lady and LeChuck into the mix and things can only get worse for our Might Pirate.

So what do you guys think ? Be nice!

I'm cool with Largo, Voodoo Lady, and possibly Morgan being the villains in the second Tales. I think LeChuck should sit this one out and come back only at the very end once the game has ended as a teaser for a 3rd Tales.

When Guybrush used the ring in the crossroads his body was completely restored, hand and all.

Yeah I do agree with you on the LeChuck angle just to give it a rest and let someone else take the "evil" reigns for a while. So we got a idea for the second series and already discussing the 3rd one. Nice!

Telltale take note! :D I want commission if you use this idea in anyway. :D

Now that Guybrush and Morgan have died and been resurrected again, their lives won't be in any danger in ToMI 2. The same goes for Elaine - if the power of 'love' worked on Guybrush, then I don't see what the same wouldn't work on Elaine.

I have a hard time imagining a Monkey Island game without Le Chuck, but that is probably what we'll see in ToMI 2, at least for part of it. It would be fun to see Morgan take Le Chuck's place as the ghost pirate(-hunter) villian - especially if she kidnaps Guybrush and tries to force him to marry her. It would be a funny reversal of Le Chuck's repeated attempts to marry Elaine.

I don't agree... In ToMI human LeChuck was amusing
and turns out he never ceased to be evil
, but that feeling of dread, the shadow of LeChuck always lurking at Guybrush's every move (MI2 excelled at this!) wasn't there... When we get a season that contains this, I guess I won't mind if he stays 1 or 2 games without being main villain.

I think the Voodoo Lady should use LeChuck's excess Voodoo on Guybrush and turns him into the thing he has feared for years, being LeChuck. Or his evil poxed hand could return and use it's voodoo pox powers to control GB's body.
