The Highway should be banned because he crashed my birthday party, poured a gallon of absinthe into the punch, changed my respectable playlist of country and folk music to hardcore rap and then proceeded to tell his own expletive-ridden version of The Aristocrats joke that teemed with so much filth it'd make Gilbert Gottfried go green.
The Highway should be banned for using the word 'because' in his ban reason, rather than 'for'. Using the word 'for' denotes that the person you are banning actually did something to deserve being banned, whereas 'because' just means that the person is a victim of circumstance, which is not enough to warrant a ban.
The Highway should be banned for thinking that he was the 'resident Grammar Nazi' while he has, many times, lacked punctuation in his posts and often made common spelling errors.
Edit: Caeska should be banned for ninja'ing me out of nowhere.
The Highway should be banned for thinking that American Idol correcting mistakes not ludicrous. American Idol can't correct mistakes; American Idol makes mistakes; American Idol is a mistake.
The Highway should be banned for not taking the situation into consideration. In this context, it actually fits. See, I want Prizna to stay because of the circumstance that he and I are in. I have license to use 'because' in this situation because I am referring to our circumstance, and I am not intending to give a direct reason.
Here, I am saying that I don't want Prizna banned; I want him to be protected 'bannation'. I do this by giving a reason why he should stay - because we are on the same side. Prizna hasn't done anything in this situation, therefor I will not use the word 'for'. It is his circumstance that I want him to stay.

I don't need to explain this to you, surely?

I could also write:
Prizna should be spared for sharing my views.
