ToMI 2 Bug, can't sail back to Spnner Cay from Mag encounter

After Magillicuddy (...) blasts the main mast and after the cutscene in which Guybrush says he'll use the map, I am unable to interact with ANYTHING. Seems that the game is under the impression that the Magggillicuddyddy is still present.
