Order not arrived after over two weeks
I started by responding on the "Email request unanswered" thread. However, I thought I'd better start a new thread as it's a seperate issue. My order was placed on the 5th of December and despatched on the 7th. I notice on the automated response email that the team is on holiday:
"Note: Telltale support will be out of the office over the Holidays and will be happy to reply to all your support needs when we get back on January 4, 2010. There will be minimal forums help http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/ if you need game support, hints or general chat help."
However, as I still haven't received my order yet, please can you provide me with an activation code so I can at least download the game?

Have you tried going to "Your Games" at the top of the screen? (looks like a joystick) Every game you can order from their store in physical form (with the exception of CSI) automatically puts the downloadable version there. Also, which game was it you ordered? (if you don't mind my asking) Hope this helps you out, and if not that I can help straighten things out.
That's the problem. If you would have bought the normal downloadable version and just checked the "I'm buying this as a Gift"-box, you would already have your GIFT-activation code.
Guess you have to wait till the card arrives...
