Question about translation

I'm going to buy the english version of MI, is not a big issue for me and I read time ago that there won't be any-other-language version of the game, but today, before to pay, I had a look to forum...
And I see that you're working on it. If I buy the english game today, will I must pay for de spanish game if it finally appear? subtitles and/or dubs? (maybe I must pay for dub but not for official subtitles)
