...I've been lurking here since I first heard the announcement that Tales of Monkey Island was going to be released o.o .... damnit, now I feel creepy, I should have never come into the light
If it will be Monkey Island... I guess it would be MI5 and I don't think it will because that would make no sense ^^ exept LucasArts does it than MI5 should be correct BUT then it had to continue the story of MI4 (yuck)

Tales is fifth Monkey Island game. And if there is going to be new Monkey Island game, it will continue from where Tales left off. LucasArts licensed Monkey Island to TTG and helped in the production of the game, so I doubt they would suddenly abandon Tales and rewrite the history of the saga, even if they would develope next Monkey game in-house.

I disappeared for a while because it seemed like everyone was having the same endless conversations. That and I felt like I don't really contribute all that much.

"Kryten personal black box recording. Time: unknown. Location: unknown. Cause of accident: unknown. Should someone find this recording, perhaps it will shed light as to what happened here. My short-term memory has been erased. This, I ascribe to the proximity of the magnetic coils from Starbug's rear engine. Secondly, due to the proximity of the magnetic coils, my short term memory appears to have been erased. This, combined with the erasure of my short-term memory, has left me a little disoriented, disoriented, disoriented."

Any contribution to the threads is valuable. Stay, this is when the forums get fun - less cluttered (no more of the same questions asked 30 times over), a smaller group of people (everyone can get to know each other better), less people to give you sideways looks if you post something strange or stupid (go nuts, make random threads, post extremely silly stuff and people will just play along with it!). Plus, it's very hard to contribute much when so many people are in a forum at once (like during the Tales season), you sorta just get drowned out a bit.
I think I picked a bad time to join the forums. xD Right after the final episode aired, an right when college started back up... so I'm lurking. But I swear I'm also working on some fan art stuff to post to that thread and hey, eventually (hopefully?) there will be speculation threads for s2! Those'll be fun...

Ah well, Sam&Max season 3 is out this year, and is incredibly popular, so i would expect forum activity to pick up around then. Have you tried previous seasons yet?
