Hi, I haven't got an answer regarding issue-26139. My problem: I bought "Launch of the screaming narwhal". I checked the gift box and proceeded, but when the purchase was done all that happened was that I got another serial number for the episode on my own account. Unnecessary, I already own it! It was supposed to be a gift. Can you help me?
