Season Upgrade problem

Hey there,
I've seen that a couple of other people have had a similar problem with Monkey Island, but I haven't seen any response that I can try..

I'm using a Mac and I got the free first part of ToMI. It says in the launcher that I can get the full series for $26 but when I click it then it takes me to my cart with the series at full price ($34.95), rather than reduced. How can I fix this? Am I missing a code or something?

    Hi Emma,

    It looks like you already purchased the upgrade earlier today for $26. Are you having some other trouble with this purchase?

    The Monkey island store page should show an upgrade message with a discounted price below the normal "buy" area on the page if you qualify for the discount, and now that you've redeemed the upgrade, it will show the full price.

    Hi Emma,
    Even with the free episode, you should have been given an order number. Once you put the MI game in your cart, follow that up with your order number below the product details on the product page.

    I checked your account and it seems you got it to work ok for the upgrade $26 price. Are you still experiencing issues? Let me know.

    Yeah, it just seemed to work a few minutes after I posted this when I was clicking about, though not sure what I clicked exactly. Sorry, probably should have deleted the post when I saw it. Thanks for the quick reply though! Downloading it now, hope it will be fine. Love the game guys.
