How do I get an interview with Nipperkin?

I managed to get Winslow off the ship but I can't get Nipperkin to give me an interview about Deep Cut.

    He asked you to do 3 things, getting Winslow off the ship is only one of them. You have to do the other 2 as well.

    You need to start a fight, and cause someone to discover rteasure.
