Haven't rec'd Wallace & Grommit DVD - no biggie, just checking! :)

Just wanted to check on something - I placed an order at the end of Decenber for the Monkey Island poster and he W&G dvd. I got the poster long ago, but never received the dvd yet.. Just wondering if there was a problem, or if the W&G dvd is/was backordered or hasn't shipped?

All my other orders have arrived safe and sound.. That was me using up my Monkey Island treasure hunting coupons with the free shipping before 2010 rolled around.. :)

Also, wanted to mention - I'm not in a panic to receive the dvd since I bought almost all the other games on the site and have been slowly playing through them, and have the digital download W&G anyways. More curious than anything! :)

    Did you ever recieve an e-mail saying it had been despatched? Or that your order had been recieved?

    That I'm not sure, but it's listed in my order history with a tracking number of "NO TRACKING" lol

    I still didn't get my Wallaye and Grommit DVD either.
    (I have to mention that I live in germany)
    I've orderd it together with the Strong Bad's Collector's DVD and the Tales of Monkey Island 6-Button Set.
    the "my telltale" site says, that it has been shipped on march 2. But I also can't track it.
    I guess it's going to be here soon.
    My orders tend to go throug customs, so I'm used to wait a bit longer.
    look at your "my telltale" page. It should tell you if it's already been shipped.

    It should take about 10 days, so if it's shipped march 2 it should arrive pretty soon...

    Mine would have shipped about December 14th-ish... also, I got the MI poster I ordered on the same invoice, and all other items I've ordered around that same time. Like I say, no big deal, but I am kinda curious if, say, the order got lost in the system - or if the package got lost in the mail.

    I gather the poster and DVD would come from two different fulfillment centers (just guessing, based on the no free shipping on posters notice you see occasionally), so understandable they didn't arrive on the same day, but.. yeah, still kinda curious where my disc ran off to... lol

    Ehm, the disc wasn't available yet in December, so it's unlikely it shipped then, or even told you it would ship then.
