How to buy MI for shipping cost only?

Call me dumb, but I can't figure out how to purchase the DVD for the shipping cost only. Any help would be appreciated. I did buy online back in August. So I should qualify.

    That's weird, if you're signed in (with the account with which you bought the game), the price should appear as $0 automatically.

    If you're properly logged in, you can go to the Monkey Island page. There's an option to 'buy' the DVD there for $0 if you already own the season. There's a bunch of Monkey Island merchandise on that page too.

    I see you're in the "games" tab on those screenshots. Try the "store" one. That's how I got to it and managed to order it for no extra cost. I hope this helps :)

    EDIT: Just checked the page myself. The info I gave you might not help, because unlike yours, when I go onto that page it still says the price is $0.00 for me. Sorry about that! Will let you know if I can find anything else.

    If you own the 'Tales of Monkey Island' season on the account you're logged into, the price for the DVD should be $0, not $34,95 like in your screenshots.
    I think the best thing to do is email Telltale about this problem.

    Did you buy TMI from this site? The offer is only valid for people who bought the game directly from TTG (i.e not through steam etc)

    Yeah I bought from the site. I even recieved the e-mail from telltale about the DVD release. I contacted support.

    Was this a gift code that redeemed by another email? The one who redeems the gift code is the one eligible for the collector's disc. I'll check for you message from support...
