Sam & Max Season 1

Hi there,

I had sent an e-mail to you since saturday, but until today I get no answer :(. In 2007 I bought the complete first season of Sam & Max, but this season was a gift from somebody else! Now this person has forgotten her password and I want to download season 1 again :D

  • Probably shouldn't have posted those on a public forum as now everyone else has the order ID and email address and they therefore don't prove anything.

    Isn´t there anybody, who can solve my problem. I don´t want to buy the whole season again :( I need a solution for this problem, because I love Sam & Max! :D

    The person in question can just do the old 'I forgot my password' thing when she tries to log in?

    So, if I read your message correctly, you received the first season as a gift from someone else?
    If I'm not mistaken, you should have created a Telltale account in order to redeem the gift code and you should not need access to that person's account, but to yours.
    Did you check your "My Telltale" page?

    My mom bought this season from her account and I downloaded season 1 from her account, which means there is no gift code and there is no season 1 in my telltale account :( Now we know the order number and her email-address :rolleyes:

    I tried to solve this problem, but if I try to reset her password I don´t get a mail from telltale. This was my fourth or fivth try^^

    I give up! There is no email from telltale and I don´t know what to do :( I think I will buy season 1 next month again.

    Did you check the spam folder of the E-Mail account and are you sure it's the same address that was used years ago to register here?

    Don't give up yet. There's probably a lot going on in support at the moment and since you have the order number it should be possible to track it down.

    Also again it is possible that you have an answer in a spam folder. Otherwise wait at least until someone from Telltale Support has answered here.
