    I don't mean to high-jack your thread, but I never received my confirmation email/forum access/free game coupon from my S&M S3 pre-order. I sent an email on Monday ('issue-28620') but haven't received a reply to that.

    I got a ticket from last Sunday as well. No rush. I thought that maybe the email had never made it, but I see that you are pretty busy. :)

    Although I doubt my spam filter would block an email from Telltale (never even close to being considered spam in the past), I whitelisted you guys a few days ago just to be sure.

    I wonder if this lack of email thing is widespread and there are lots of tickets to respond to? I don't even care about the forum access (for now), but now that I've finally decided which game to use my coupon on, it'd be nice to get the code so I can unlock the demo! :)

    Since this is my first and only issue with Telltale after several purchases now, I'll continue to wait with my saintly patience.

    I have problem at changing my email address. My old email address does not work and i have tried to change my email address several times but nothing happens.
