Issue sent by mail [issue-28544]

Hello Telltale, I recently (5 days ago) sent a mail about my last order, got the automated answer but didn't got an answer yet. Here is the message :

I recently pre-ordered the season 3 of S&M, but I didn't get a chance to choose any free episode... Also, I'm not allowed in the private forum. How could we fix that?

Edit: just read another thread saying that you were in trouble with last mails, if htat's still the dase then that's ok :)

    Just to say I'veread the confirmation email more carefully and I got the answers in it, I'm verry sorry, you can then cancel this ticket. I have another one for you though, you'll discover it soon :) (about adding my free G&G DVD into my last pre-order, taht I forgot to add).
