I bought this game back in february 26th. got no email confirmation that it was shipped.

I emailed this last tuesday (about a week ago) and still have heard nothign about the game.

its been almost a month!

please let me know. Thank you.

    Did you order the digital version or the DVD? In either case, you should be able to download the game via the little joystick at the top of the page, but if you ordered the DVD version and haven't received shipping confirmation on the DVD, that is beyond my ability to help you with and you'll have to wait for TTG staff to get back to you on it.

    If you only ordered the digital version, you'd still have to order the actual DVD itself (Free + cost of shipping) to get it shipped out.

    Sorry for the delay, support has been back logged for a couple of weeks now with little ol' me covering the majority of tickets. I peeked at your order, and it looks as though you'll need to redeem your gift code here at http://www.telltalegames.com/gifts

    I will try to get to your ticket today with more detailed directions but it might be towards the end of the day as I have many others ahead of you that have been waiting even longer.
