I thought I would post a message here as I've sent a couple of messages to support and I haven't heard anything back yet. All I need is confirmation that my recent order has been cancelled please, as I wish to re-order before the free shipping offer expires.

    You wont hear back from them before the action is up, seeing how it's weekend and they are free and all.

    Your best try would be to just order now, if it isn't cancelled yet it will likely be done soon (unless it has already been sent).

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I can't re-order before the original order is cancelled - I have tried to re-order (there were some extra items I was going to add), and I would be charged $49.95 for the Deluxe ToMI, whereas it should be $14.95 (as I purchased the pre-order).

    I'll probably leave my original order as it stands then, as it looks like I will miss out on the free shipping.

    Ah, as such.

    It's probably best to PM/Mail support with a querry to not delete your order, but expend it, and cover the additional expenses. I don't think you'll be forced to pay shipping then, even if it may be outside the action date because it's over after the weekend (if you inquire before that happens)...
