Newsletters end up in spam box

edited December 2006 in Site Support
I don't know if it's just me, but all Telltale monthly newsletters are sent straight to my Gmail spam box. I'm taking a wild guess here, but it could be because of the word "Alert" in the subject line. Seems to only happen to those emails.

Gmail is tagging a lot of our emails, not just newsletters and updates. Is it possible to change your settings to accept Telltalegames.com as a friend, or something?

I added webguy@telltalegames.com to my Contacts list. We'll see if that does anything.

That's the only solution I can think of at the moment.

Maybe you can try adding to all the e-mails you send a special section announcing a discount for V1ag ra pills

We tried that, but sales were lousy.
