It looks like I'm getting overcharged for my credit card order

I tried to order the Sam and Max Season 3 and Wallace and Gromit season on credit card and just checked my bank and it looks like I'm getting charged 3 times for sam and max and twice for wallace and gromit. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post problems like this but I would like to only be only charged once for each game. Could someone let me know what I need to do to get this straightened out.

    Hi WKK,
    On the S&M order, I show there were two attempts at using the card before the card was finally accepted. What this means is the credit card was rejected the first two times and you were not charged. This usually happens when a billing address/zip code does not match what's listed at the bank. The third attempt was accepted and your account was charged that one time, $34.95 Check with your bank after a few business days, the charges are probably sitting in some pending limbo thing. Check again with your bank and then let me know when it's cleared.

    Same thing happened with your W&G order only the first attempt was rejected and the second attempt accepted.

    Hey,

    That definitely happened during my order so you are probably right about that. I'm looking at hold amounts in my account and its still showing all 5 for now. I'll wait a few days until they go through and let you know what it looks like then.
