Changing game resolution 301

Is there a way to do so in the PC game don't see the option anywhere, it looks...strange on my screen might be due to the grainy effect and you can't turn that off either? :confused:

    Help & Settings > Graphics Settings.

    yeah didn't realize that until I looked more closely much better now thank you.
