Combined shipping

i ordered the Tales of the Monkey Island DVD and i hope it is beeing shipped here soon. now i saw thoses awesome voodoo cards and i want to order them ... ahmmm for my wife.
is there a posibility to ship both, DVD and the fantastic cards (for my wife) in one box or chest over the atlantic for not paying twice the shipping. Ahmm ... my wife and i still live together, so it will be the same adress.
