Chapter 2; blank page miracle

Dear all,
happily got this blanc page out of the mammel, but do not have the slighest clue what to do with this thingy ore how to read it. Any Hints for someone who is nearly as blind as confused?

    The thing on the paper is very small, and it's written in code.

    I will give several hints, the last spoiler is the solution.
    The clue is written in special invisible ink, and is written in very small letters.
    Maybe you have something you once used to uncover another piece of blank paper?
    You can use the eye of the manatee (red lens), but the text is still too small for Guybrush too read it. Maybe there is something that can make the text bigger?
    Guybrush likes to poke at fisheyes.
    That statue next to the royal chamber looks nice, and it has fisheyes...
    Examine the statue next to the royal chamber, use the lens that Guybrush picks up with the eye of the manatee and use the eye of the manatee with the piece of paper.

    Thanks @ Caeska. First i thougth, yes, i know that already, but then i start think twice. sometimes it gets you out of the mist when having a new view to the familiar things at try a new combination. And now I got the treasure!
