Am I invisible?
Way back on 4th February, I sent a query to Telltale support (issue-26680), but never received anything back other than the auto-response. I posted in the appropriate thread on these forums to flag up I hadn't got a response on 10th April. I still didn't get a response, so I tried again on 20th April in the same thread. Still nothing. Again on 6th May. Still nothing. I sent another email on 12th May to support@telltalegames.com and I didn't even get the auto-response this time.
I'm not quite sure what's going wrong, but it feels like I'm invisible or something! I've had good (excellent, even) experiences with Telltale support in the past but something is definitely going wrong this time. Could somebody find out what, please?
