Samorost 2: - Where's the sodding balloon?

Okay, this is driving me mad (well, walking me mad, it's such a short trip it's really not worth getting the car out). According to several walkthroughs I've read, there is supposed to be a white balloon on top of the contraption with the bellows attached (the scene with the old man and the taxi, I forget the level code - majak?)

Anyway, in my game, there IS no balloon on top of the bellows contraption (see attached jpeg).

Or am I just being EXTREMELY thick?

    Check if it's up on the hill, if it's not, then your game is messed up! :D

    You should be able to find a lot of them by searching Google using "Samorost+2+walkthrough". :) As for the balloon bug, I can't help much with that. :/
