:D I just watched Gabe (Penny Arcade) draw his next comic on a live stream on their website. It was seriously awesome to watch how he does it!

I made it to the "Make a Strip" panel at PAX last year, where Mike and Jerry prepared the next comic on stage... definitely agree, very cool to see it emerge!

Nintendo sent me a free copy of Wii Party, a (pink) Wii Remote and a Dominos Gift Card. This is a great day.

Okay, this is on my mind for quite some time.

The episode where Rudy takes Penny to Chalkzone for the first time is called Rudy's Date. And as far as I know, Rudy rarely takes anybody willingly to Chalkzone, so I assume that Rudy really likes Penny, as in, REALLY really likes her?

    You're overthinking it.

Well, there is some sort of chemistry between the two, and it has been hinted several times that Rudy and Penny might end up together somewhere in the far distant future.

    Landscaping: Day 5

Got up before 9 today and picked up right where we left off yesterday...including all the soreness. Finished moving rock from one side of the yard to the other. Then we got to get the rototiller going. That took about seven hours, and I spent most of that time moving even more rock out of the way to clear the way for us to put in the sprinkler system.

You should have put the before picture in black and white and oversaturate the after picture and in the before picture there should be an upset person struggling and in the after picture you should be smiling and the before picture should be cloudy while the after picture is sunny.

Half an hour ago, I had a horrible migraine headache. Now, it's completely gone and I feel like I may actually be able to get some work done!

Ah, the miracle of modern medicine!

Guru, your backyard depresses me. I refuse to look upon it anymore. It's full of negative waves, man.

April Fool's is upon is. Even worse, it falls on a "Friday(
, Friday, gotta get down on Friday..." Yeah. I expect that to replace the usual Rickroll tomorrow. God help us.

If this happens...I think drastic measures will have to be taken. But I hope that youtube will not be so cruel.

    Youtube? Maybe. Internet? Definitely.

I only watched that video once and it took several hours of good loud music to get over the trauma.
  • edited March 2011
I'm still not over it. I can hear it in my dreams, telling me of a day when the Old Ones will awaken from their slumber. That day... will be Friday. Ia Friday! Ia Rebecca Black!
  • edited March 2011
I found that watching Banelings repeatedly helped alleviate the symptoms somewhat. Mainly since it's a Beiber parody and is sufficiently nerdy.

Duly noted. I no longer envy the dead. You have my thanks!
  • edited March 2011
You're very welcome. The dead are not to be envied. Because they're, you know...dead.
  • edited March 2011
This is true, but there is no Friday in Valhalla. I think they turn Rebecca Black away purely on principal.
  • edited March 2011
But don't only the people who die in battle get to go to Valhalla?
  • edited March 2011
Didn't you get the memo? Forum wars totally count now.
  • edited March 2011
Do you have to die with a mouse in your hand, preparing to link to a Rage Comic?
  • edited March 2011
Well, no. But it totally helps. The only issue is that they outsourced Internet valkyries to Square Enix so the ride up is a bit pixel-y. Also, the mead dispensing goat only gives Mountain Dew to forum warriors. :(

It's okay, I never particularly liked the idea of mead in the first place. For some reason I've always thought of it as a bit like cream of wheat with alcohol in it. And I guess I don't really mind pixels too much. What about lag, though? I don't want to get within sights of Glasir and then have everything freeze up on me. That wouldn't be fun at all.

Lag? Well, it's hardly noticeable compared to Earth, and that's only on respawn. I mean, only one guy allegedly got to respawn on Earth and it took him three gorram days! Server lag, much?

I guess I just won't go for the Earth respawning package. Not a fan of lag, especially on scales like that.

But otherwise, Mountain Dew, Valkyries, and only little lag. Where do I sign up?

Damn! I'll have to get on that, then. Or find a forum war to join somewhere.

Hmm...I'll have to think of something suitably humorous first. Humorous for me, anyway.

Chris, I've made a decision. I've decided that we should hang up our rivalry. I'm tired of trying to think up wheelchair jokes all the time, and I think you're a really cool guy. What say we put aside our differences and be friends?

Friends it is, then! The sentiment - it's perfectly mutual. Long live the alliance and friendship of the Fawful Pants!

This...this has the potential to be extremely frightening. Perhaps in a good way, perhaps in a Ragnarok way.
