Yug-Suggoth brotherhood trophy BROKEN, for PS3

When I played through this game for the 3rd time to get this trophy, I did get it but upon enetering conversation with the character to get it I am unable to leave the conversation and go back to the rest of the game. so I had to reload the last hardsave game and save a new hardsave to a new slot to continue for yet another trophy I was also after.

    I was able to get out of it when I got the trophy, but when I tried to tell him about the curse, it wasn't an option. That time I couldn't leave the conversation.

    I have come across this, too. Irritating. Does anyone have a work-around until a fix comes along?
