I was charged for the wrong game.

This is the first time I've posted here so If I'm in the wrong place let me know.

I'm not real sure if this was an issue on your web site or what but I was trying to order the new Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse as well as
Puzzle Agent..

Instead it processed for Puzzle Agent and Sam & Max Season Two (I already own Sam & Max Season Two).

I was able to resend the order and it went through ok on the second try but I'm still being charged for the first order that wasn't correct.

I have sent several emails to support requesting a refund for the invalid order but have met up with no response.


Please respond ASAP

    yea, wasn't sure if it needed to be in Game Support or Forum & Site Help so I posted in both locations

    What I meant to say was I wasn't sure if it needed to be in Shopping or Activation Support or Forum & Site Help so I posted in both locations, not game support..
