SoMI:SE will not install

I downloaded it (more than once actually) and tried to install it but it just sits there and the window that I selected it from just locks up. What is going on?

I am running Windows Vista.

EDIT: Got it to work, had to turn off my UAC on Vista...not sure why that was holding it up but oh well.
