TOMI Deluxe Edition Upgrade Problem

Hey guys!

Just need some help. I already own the full TOMI season on PC. I want to get the DVD of course and remember that I could upgrade to the Deluxe edition for $15 last week. But now I can't remember how!

Any help much appeciated as always!
