ToMI DVD Inserts x4

So I just got my ToMI DVD today, so yay! But upon closer inspection found that there were four (4) covers inserted into the Amaray case, instead of the normal one (1). Is this just a random lucky incident, or is Telltale purposefully shipping DVDs with three extra Amaray wraps?

where there 4 different ones, or all the same?...if its the same, then i guess i know why the shipping is taking so long lol

Yeah, they were all the same. It had the collectors slip cover over the dvd, then when I pulled the dvd case out, inside the plastic cover there were four fully printed covers.

So the special Purcell artwork is just a slipcover over the whole case? I guess I don't mind that....I thought it came with two separate inserts.

It said "slipcover" from the moment pre-orders for TMI started. :p

Yes. But I also thought I remembered it saying the regular one was also a "slipcover" as in it "slips" into the case. I don't know. Just stupidity on my part I guess.

As you can see, the first photo has an image of the dvd case and the slip cover, the second photo is the other three inserts for the dvd case.

Now is the time to start a very lucrative bootleg business. :D

    Thats right, I'm selling these fine leather . . . game covers . . .

I would look at those images, but I really don't want to as I want the DVD to be as much of a surprise as possible. That's why I only gave a very quick glimpse at the images of the merchandise posted by Telltale.

Lucky Incident. I got my game today and it only has one each of the slipcover and front/back cover.

I guess, such things can happen. And it's not, that one really has a profit from it.
Except when I once had a duplicate voucher in a DVD box.

Once I got a DVD with two DVDs in it.
I kept wondering if someone ended up with an empty box.

When I bought my copy of The Orange Box brand new from EB Games, I found two inlay cards inside each with its own Serial Key. I had two working keys for The Orange Box. Gave one to my dad.

Once I got a magazine with a game gift (Scratches) and the DVD had a lot of... scratches on its underside. I sent it back to be replaced after explaining the irony and they sent me two copies instead of one.

My nan once had a packet of biscuits and really enjoyed them, and didn't have anything else to do that day so sent the company a letter saying how nice the biscuits had been. They sent her back a great big tin of them. She has since done the same thing quite a few times in hopes of more free stuff :p

I've got two of these. Once, I renewed my subscription to Nintendo Power and got a player's guide for The Wind Waker as a bonus. Well, it was so overdue getting here that I actually got the next issue with no sign of the first issue of my subscription or the guide. So I called them and they sent me another guide and magazine, and then the first one eventually arrived.

However, my other story trumps every other one in this thread. Once, I fell asleep with my laptop on my bed, and it fell on the floor and cracked the screen. I sent it in to Dell to have it repaired, but the screen was on back order and it took forever to get shipped out. Then, once it finally shipped, it seemed to have been lost in the mail. Eventually, we called Dell and they built a new laptop and sent it to me. It arrived the day after the original. Now I have two laptops.

I once complained about a joke in a children's joke book
How many Santa Clauses does it take to change a lightbulb?
None, because Santa Claus isn't real

I swear that was it! And anyway, the sent me a free magic kit :D

Score two for failure at the postal service.

Did the magic kit say "PS: Magic isn't real either."?

Hey, their mistake. They make enough of them to not be affected by it. :)

IT IS REAL! I know because how could magicians make millions of dollars from faking it :p?
