Backorder?

When I try to purchase the DVD, it says that it is still on backorder?
Any reason why?

    Assuming it's the Deluxe Edition you're trying to order, it's because the included Voodoo Tarot Card (and possibly the maps?) isn't ready yet. The standard version is out and shipping now though.

    Maybe they.. sold all the copies and need to make more?

    They probably put on the backorder flag to make sure that everyone who has pre-ordered get their orders first, since they don't appear to have a system for determining who ordered first.

    That's probably right but I wonder how long they will have it for.
