    A staff of thousands?

Or possibly a staff of three. But we have thousands of personalities among us.

when I start the game I get that little pop up box saying launch the game.. but nowhere does it ask me to activate.. I dont want to start to find out I only have a demo version! Is it normal that I dont have to activate with the order number I got in my email?

If things work properly, that download link you were sent should automatically activate it - that's what it's supposed to do! Congrats!

If the only button you see is "Launch Game," then your copy is fully activated and working.

Cruel, cruel world: twice now I've gone into my spamfilter and seen the first message had the title "Downloads" - but alas, 'twas only internet-casino-spam.
  • edited January 2007
Is there any ports I can open to get it over 40 kbps? Or is this a normal speed?
  • edited January 2007
WHOHO! Downloading at a half-blazin' 85Kbps. Thanks for the also blazin' fast email reply with the link. Telltale for President!

    edited January 2007
You should be getting a faster speed than that - it's not an issue of opening ports - but maybe the download service is just crying to itself in a corner at the moment. It shouldn't, because this stuff should be coming to you through Akami, which is a pretty beefy bandwidth provider, but who knows? Sorry your speed is so underwhelming.

The e-mail got caught up in my Yahoo spam filter, and while digging through 800+ pieces of spam to retrieve it, I discovered that my hard working filter has also been blocking all of the official Yahoo notifications advertising new services. Ha!

<singing> For they are jolly good fellows, for they are jolly good[yadda yadda] </singing>

Got my email, downloading at 224Kbps.

Oh, darn, now I have to restrain myself from playing until I finish my examn.
Ah, well - at least now I can play the minute I'm done!

So: thank you so much, Telltale.

What??? I just got another mail, identical to the first?

I'm not complaining, mind you - I got my download. It would seem, however, that there was some sort of glitch in your mailbot.

Thx Telltale for this Episode, you made a adventure gamer a whole lot happier now 8-)

Btw is it just me or is there alot more hizz on this episode ?

Perhaps Bad Audio it's like theres a kind of hizz in the voices voice, can't seem to recall that was in episode 1.

    But oh well I'll Survive.

    Tally Ho'

At least I didn't notice the bad voice quality.

You should've used Sam's little song in the ending credits. I'm expecting an mp3 of that song on you site, you know. Maybe with more verses and beefing it up a little. Would have been great!

Oh, yea, forgot to mention the important thing! I'm done with the game! Took me almost 3 hours. But it felt long enough. At least it's not gonna keep me from doing school stuff I HAVE to do this weekend... Thanks! It was really funny. I'm looking forward to the next one. When will that be?
