At least I'm not the only one...

Must be an echo - both here and in the download thingamagig - I'm hearing the same thing!

On the other hand, it's probably not too strange, considering the number of request that poor server has to handle at the same time - versus what it's used to...

Yeah... too bad the email didn't make it through either.

    Hi guys,

I was getting this error this morning while testing, but it was fixed again a few minutes later.

Try again from another browser, or wait a few minutes and try again.

Regarding emails - we have thousands going out. It takes time. If you didn't get it yet, it's probably still in the queue... a few more minutes of patience, please! :)

I first ordered just the first episode and I can easily log in with that number, so I doubt it is just because of the high traffic

Hi, I'm trying for the 25th time with both IE and Firefox. And I'm still waiting for the email.

Been trying it from firefox and explorer but still getting the same thing.

EDIT- I do understand that it takes some time for the emails to go out and I'm cool with that

If it works tomorrow morning, every thing is all right.
(Prevends me from playing all night. So it might be better to keep the site down for the night :) )

'Glad' to see I'm not the only one. I have tried with the following browsers: -

Internet Exploder (as in the browser that explodes in a shower of pop-ups, whether you have a blocker installed or not).
    Firefox
    Sea Monkey
    Opera

In desperation, I even tried on my Mac using the following browsers

    Firefox
    Sea Monkey
    Safari
    iCab
    Camino
Mozilla (though this has been superseded by Sea Monkey)

IE is no longer available for the Macintosh.

Same error, every sodding time. And, no, I've not received an email either. Yet.

It is now 22:25 UTC here in the UK.

    Cheers

    Sarah

Same here. And I can tell the Servlet is trying to get me to the download page, because if I put in a wrong password it just says "No Orders Found". Correct password and it blows up like above. I'm guessing its a timeout on the JDBC connection or whatever TTG is using to the database.

    Dog and Bunny sooon.

yep I get same message. If I put in correct order number and password I get the "internal server buggered" message. If I try to find my password, it says my order number doesn't exist though it is posted on my past purchases page.

I still have the problem on my account under the email address of the username s@m&m@xf@n. The reason that I'm not using that email is because even though I have a username, the forum says that I don't.
edit: I just got the email.

*sigh* guess i'll just replay grim fandango and try tomorrow, i should have learned by my MMORPG'ing that release days is NOT equal playdays.

Just got the email and that link works. Just keep checking your emails I guess.

meowth, you might want to cut out that email address. Plenty of spammers seive internet forums.

I get 'order number not valid' too when I ask it to look up my password (and I know I'm entering it correctly, because I copied and pasted it from my past purchases page.)

    Grr!

    (bored and wanting to play!)

I'm wondering if we are getting this error because we still didn't received the mail. Maybe the system is still generating them.. I don't know how it's done but I guess I'll don't get the game untill I'm receiving the mail. It's 23:26 now and I'm waiting since 18.00. I'll hve it latter on then. Nevermind. Good Night to all Europeans overe there (US will get it todday and Others are already sleeping).

If this is the case then Telltale probably should throw out that c64 they've been using and get one of those shiny new 286.

    286?! sounds like overkill.

this is almost as frustrating as failing to acquire a wii.
