303 - Rat creditcard (can't remember rats name)

HELP ME

I'm stuck at the part when you're seposed to make you replace Max as a creditcard to the rat so he thinks he has no money, but I don't know what to do. I made Max as a credit card and now what? I'm at the rat.

(oh I can't remeber the rats name)

Please help me NOUW.

    You're not going to replace Max with the rat's creditcard. You're going to do something else to the world's creditcards.

    You are not swapping the credit cards; but you do need to get rid of it.
    Have you admired the corn dog pyramid in the museum, if so what happened?

    Less hint, more spoiler:
    The tourist drops his camera and knocks over the corndogs, Cameras are made illegal. Max likes corndogs, take credit card max near the corndogs.
    Credit cards are now illegal, so when Frankie get his out it will be promptly destroyed
