Taking Frankies credit card

well I have figured out how to win the bet each time, but without Frankie losing his credit card, I don't see anyway of him betting the medallion. I notice that he goes to the ATM each time between bets but I can't figure out what to do now. Any tips?

    ah I think I have figured out what to do.. thanks anyway though.
    Edit: Well the first part but I forgot about the corn dogs. I knew it would kick me once I found out lol.
