One year ago tomorrow

I like to say that tomorrow will be the first anniversary of the day that Tales of Monkey Island Chapter 1: Launch of the Screaming Narwhal was released in the U.S. To commemorate that, I like to present my updated version of the ToMI Chapter 1 game script to you. You see, I wrote that game script for Chapter 1 and first submitted it to GameFAQs on April 22. And it's the first time I did it in its Formatted FAQ text. Since then, I wrote the rest of the Formatted Game Script FAQs for the remaining four chapters and submitted them to GameFAQs for approval, though they all may need a few updates and I was a bit inexperienced. Please note that this script that I updated today doesn't have any accented marks on some French words except the word "Melee", which I got right. I will try to make more updates on the remaining ToMI game scripts as soon as I finish writing the game script for The Curse of Monkey Island, which I'm doing right now. For now, here's my updated game script for ToMI Chapter 1 (CAREFUL, AS THERE ARE SPOILERS AHEAD!):

    One year ago today (in my timezone) we were also given this lovely animation. :)

    Also does anyone know when SMI actually came out? Everywhere I find just says October 1990, as if in September every shop said to wait, then in October they all slowly started admitting it was out.
