MI2 SE shortcut not on desktop: can't create one, help!

Can someone explain to me why after pre-loading Monkey Island 2 Special Edition, the shortcut is not on the dekstop? When I try to create one it says it can't because there's already one on the desktop, but its not there.

    Nevermind, I discovered it was because "show icons" was checked in the games library. It's on the desktop as we speak! Yay! :guybrush:
