Been waiting days and days for someone to contact me? my experince of telltale is very disapointing

    As i understand it they are swamped with tickets at the moment, as they only have one person (Bonnie) Doing them. There is a backlog up until around the 29th, plus sometimes there is a glitch in the system, so replies don't get sent properly. The best you can do is check your spam box, and post your Ticket number here. They will search their records for you for any reply they have sent, but hasn't gone through.

    TTG are at a difficult stage right now, going from the relatively small company they were a year and a half ago, to what they are now, thanks to Monkey Island, and going into new platforms. They are still adapting, and there are bound to be teething issues, which are of course, frustrating.
