International Shipping choices/prices

Ok, we had a slight hiccup but with a little investigation and lots of code to go through, the First Class International option is back! So, now International peeps have the choice of Priority International (which is over priced and ridiculous) or First Class International (which is more reasonable).

Either way, the shipping times haven't changed. International shipments still can take between 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, that is beyond our control until we get a few dedicated telltale pirate ships and have a crew to deliver ourselves.

    Ah... great, after I did buy a second copy of Puzzle Agent just because the 50% discount actually make worth the shipping... _ _!

    The shipping costs seem to have exploded. On March 12, 2010 I had to pay $17,90 for two DVDs shipping to Germany.

    Today it will cost $45,62 (FedEx International Economy) or $49,76 (FedEx International Priority). No other choices.

    This is way too much and I am wondering if it is working as intended.

    I won't buy DVDs with these conditions. Too bad Amy helped me to sort out a pricing issue before and I'll not be able to get the items for a reasonable price now.

    That shouldn't be your only option. I'll send you an email so I can get this fixed for you as well. Sorry about that.

    I tried it again a few minutes ago and everything is fine now. The shipping with USPS was back and it will cost only $10,38 (First Class International).

    My order is placed. Thanks for fixing it.

    This is now happening to me, too.

    I'm trying to order Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse + Collector's DVD, but the only shipping options I am offered are the (ridiculously overpriced) FedEx International ones.

    Hopefully, this will get fixed soon, so I can place this order while I am still offered the special 15$ discount.
