CSI: Hard Evidence - stuck on case1 (PC)

I'v done everything I could, now I have Hair from Roll of Cash,I know it's the vic's,but the problem is I don't have vic's DNA（Al Robbins didn't give me that after I talked to him!!)

Who can tell me how to do it,,,many thanks!!:(
