Missing pieces in deluxe edition of Tales of Monkey Island

Did anyone else receive their deluxe edition with bits missing.

Mine came without the Piece of Eight, so i've dropped Tell Tale a note. Just wondering if this is an isolated case or if anybody else was missing pieces.

    As I mentioned in the "Monkey Island DVD Never Arriving?" thread, I too am missing the Piece-o-Eight as well as the Trial of the Century-y-y-y-y-y-y Button. It's definitely not an isolated case.
