Bought Monkey Island but didn't get it

My father bought a game for me in February. I still didn't get it by mail.
I live in Israel. My confirmation number is 10006-5032788 / 1993948

    We are probably going to need more details.
    Which Monkey Island game are you talking about?
    The physical version of Tales of Monkey Island (the only Telltale Monkey Island game) was not available (even for pre-order) in February, so maybe your father bought you the downloadable version?
    Or maybe he bought you the Steam version of Tales of Monkey Island or The Secret of Monkey Island: SE (I must say that the confirmation number you give doesn't look like any Telltale confirmation number I've ever seen, but I could be wrong - don't know if it looks like a Steam confirmation number either, as I didn't save my e-mails), which can be downloaded from Steam, but are not available in a physical version.
    He might also have bought you one of the older games (The Secret of Monkey Island, LeChuck's Revenge, The Curse of Monkey island or Escape from Monkey Island) from a retail website like Amazon.
    Like I said at the beginning, if you need help, we will need more information.
