This was posted by a user named kaltorakh - someone who obviously has a bit of sense, unlike most of the voters. I feel exactly the same way. I'm done following this contest, I won't click onto this contest even once more because I'm not interested in which video game character is most popular among 12-year-old boys.
I'm sure some crappy character I've never heard of from some Japanese game I don't care about will win, but at least some of the pairings are better this round. Andrew Ryan vs Kane and Glados and Darth Vader should be interesting, though Darth Vader isn't an actual game villain in the same way as those others. Also, I don't understand the pairing of Kerrigan against the Pac-man ghosts - they're two completely different types of villain.

My bet's on Irenicus or Kefka to win out in the end.
Not sure about Lavos, but if Sephiroth lost I'm 90% sure it was the result of 4chan voters.
I find Sephiroth to be a wussy villain anyway so it's cool with me.
