Store is broken for me, can't buy merch!

I've tried to purchase the Sam and Max collector's DVD (which should cost me only shipping fees, since I preordered the entire season). In fact, I've tried multiple times. But, for the life of me, I'm unable to do it, due to technical issues.

Whenever I try to finalize the purchase (when, after either entering a credit card number, or selecting to pay via PayPal, I hit the final "Submit Order" button) the screen changes to a blank white page.

Nothing further happens, no "Thanks for your order!" page appears. Refreshing the page yields the same result. Furthermore, my Games page indicates that the order has not gone through.

What's going on? Why is the store broken, and when will I be able to buy stuff again?

    I got exactly the same problem.

    It's 3:30 AM in France and i'm going mad.

    (trying to buy S&M Complete Collection)



    EDIT: I tried Firefox, Explorer and Chrome.

    I just emailed support@telltalegames.com about this same issue for me. Lets hope they fix this soon so they can have my money!

    I have the same issue as well - tried to place the order for S&M Season 3 twice via Chrome and once via Firefox - all three times I got the same blank screen described above. I'm hoping that these repeat orders aren't queued up somewhere and then process my credit card multiple times. Any ETA on a fix for this?
