Two months, no package, help :)

Hi!

Order ID: 600054210393269
Tracking Number: LN053347843US

Package sent on 7th of july. It still hasn't arrived. Tracking information is not available from the post office in my country, so I assume it never reached Romania.

Should I give it another week? :)

    Still another week before your 4-8 weeks are up, so I'd wait.

    Hello, 9 weeks, no package, track and trace from Romania says: this code doesn't exist. :)

    Hi.
    First of all, you might have read in other threads that the so-called USPS "tracking number" is actually a delivery confirmation number (that doesn't even work in most cases). It's true.
    Secondly, I would suggest that you e-mail Telltale directly at support@telltalegames.com if you haven't done so yet.
    There are so many "problem" threads in the forums at this time that it might be hard for them to check them all and figure out which problems have been solved and which ones have not (for example, your thread will have 4 posts after mine, so it might be fair for them to assume that one of the posts solved your problem and not click on the thread. It might be even more fair to assume that it's not the case, but with so many threads to check, it could take forever before this one gets noticed), so opening a ticket is definitely the way to go IMHO (and if you haven't heard back from them in a few days, post your ticket number in this thread).

    That would be quite an honor as I'm a big fan of your tributes and never miss an episode of "Ask a Monkeyologist" (which reminds me, it's almost Friday in Romania...)!

    Haha, yes it is... but usually I'm guiding my "posting clock" after USA time (because that way I have much more time to make those subtitles...ugh, I hate subtitles). Otherwise, if I don't have to make subtitles, the next episode would've already been posted. Thanks :D
