Devil's Playhouse issues

Ok, at PAX 2010, I bought The Devil's Playhouse at the TellTale Booth and they gave me a $20 card to pay off the game. The site says I still owe 15 dollars, even though I clearly bought the game at PAX. What's Wrong?

I also should mention I tried emailing you about this message over support twice, and got no reply either time

    It sounds to me as if what you have there is a $20 gift card for Telltale Games and not a voucher for Devil's Playhouse. That would explain the $15 as the game costs $35.

    I can't be sure though, as I didn't go to PAX to know exactly what you are referring to.

    Well that sucks. I paid off the entire game, too.
